What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer emotionally focused therapy for couples, individual therapy, and support for those living with family support. Areas of expertise include anxiety, coping skills, grief, men’s issues, mood disorders, personality disorders, self-esteem, thinking disorders, under expertise relationships, women’s issues, and trauma.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual sessions for your convenience.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Extended sessions can be arranged if needed.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We accept insurance from Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Evernorth, Medicare, The Alliance, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), United Behavioral Health (UBH), and Quartz. If your provider isn’t listed, feel free to reach out, we may be able to help.
